Delete your ReloIQ account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app — no waiting, no emails required. If you no longer have access to the app, use the email request form on this page.
Delete from the app (instant)
The fastest and most reliable path. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
- 1.Open ReloIQ on your device.
- 2.Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.
- 3.Tap Account.
- 4.Scroll to Delete Account and confirm — deletion is immediate.
What gets deleted
- ✕Your sign-in credentials
- ✕All saved comparisons stored on our servers
- ✕Your usage history and AI deep dive history
What is not affected:
- –Any active App Store or Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately through the store
Request deletion by email
If you have lost access to your device or account, enter your registered email address below and send us a deletion request. We process all requests within 7 business days.
Clicking the button above opens your email client with the request pre-filled. Sending from your registered address helps us verify and process it faster.
