Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Tiri is a local-first habit and routine app built by Powerzam Studio. The core app stores your habits, check-ins, settings, and reminders on your device.

Powerzam Studio does not operate a Tiri account database, advertising system, analytics system, or general-purpose tracking service. Tiri does not send your habit records to Powerzam Studio servers.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

• +Habit information you create, including names, categories, icons, colors, schedules, reminders, pause status, and completion history.
• +Check-in information you create, including optional notes, skip notes, intensity values, and completion times.
• +App settings such as day reset time, reminder preferences, haptics, sounds, and theme choices.
• +Local purchase status used to enable Tiri Premium features on your device.

3. Optional Google Sign-In and Cloud Backup

Tiri works without an account. If you choose Google Sign-In and Google Drive backup, Tiri receives limited Google account information needed to identify your sign-in, such as your Google user ID and the account details returned by Google.

When you use cloud backup, Tiri uploads the backup file you request to the private app-data area of your Google Drive. That backup can contain the habit records, check-ins, and settings listed above. Powerzam Studio does not receive or host that backup.

Google processes sign-in information and stored backup data under its own privacy terms. You can stop using this feature by signing out, deleting the Tiri backup through the app, or revoking Tiri access in your Google Account settings.

4. Optional Export and Sharing

If you export a backup or share a habit card, Tiri creates the file locally and passes it to the operating system sharing tools. The destination you choose may receive that file under its own privacy practices. Tiri does not control or monitor the destination.

5. Notifications and Device Permissions

• +Notifications, if you grant permission, so Tiri can schedule reminders and streak-protection notifications on your device.
• +Vibration, where supported by your device, for optional haptic feedback.
• +File picker and sharing access only when you choose to import, export, or share a file.

6. Purchases and Third-Party Services

• +Premium purchases are processed through Google Play or the relevant app marketplace. Tiri does not receive your payment card or bank details.
• +RevenueCat helps Tiri retrieve offerings, process purchase status, restore purchases, and associate purchase status with an anonymous or Google-linked app user identifier. RevenueCat may process device, app, purchase, and account identifiers as described in its privacy policy.
• +Google services process Google Sign-In, Google Drive, and Google Play information under Google policies. Tiri does not sell personal information and does not use advertising or third-party analytics.

7. How Information Is Used

• +To provide habit tracking, check-ins, streaks, progress views, timers, reminders, and app settings.
• +To save and restore your data when you explicitly use local file export/import or Google Drive backup.
• +To activate, restore, and maintain access to Premium features when you make a purchase.
• +To respond to support or privacy messages that you send to Powerzam Studio. We use the information you include in that message only to handle your request.

8. Retention and Deletion

• +Local Tiri data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset it, clear the app data, or uninstall Tiri, subject to your device operating system and backups.
• +A Google Drive backup remains in your Google Drive until you delete it through Tiri or Google Drive. Deleting your Tiri account connection does not delete your Google Account.
• +You can request help with privacy or deletion questions by emailing powerzam2000@gmail.com. Include only the information needed to identify and handle your request.

9. Security

Tiri is designed to keep core data local and uses the security controls provided by your device and the third-party services you choose to use. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so protect your device and Google Account credentials.

10. Children

Tiri is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Tiri service operated by Powerzam Studio. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when Tiri features or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new update date.
