Terms of Use
Tiri is a local-first habit tracker. These Terms explain offline use, optional Google Drive backup, marketplace purchases, and the limits of motivational habit insights.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Tiri, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Tiri.
2. What Tiri Provides
Tiri is a local-first habit and routine tracking app. It provides habit creation, check-ins, streaks, progress views, timers, reminders, local backup tools, and optional Google Drive backup and restore.
Tiri does not require an account. Google Sign-In is an optional connection used for Google Drive backup and is not a Tiri account or a Powerzam Studio account.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
- +You are responsible for the habit names, notes, schedules, and other content you enter into Tiri.
- +You are responsible for protecting your device, Google Account, exported backup files, and any credentials used to access them.
- +Use Tiri lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, Google Drive, RevenueCat, Google Play, or other services it uses.
- +Review imported backup files before replacing data on a device. Tiri cannot guarantee that an old or damaged backup will restore correctly.
4. Optional Cloud Backup
Google Drive backup is optional and available only when supported by your Tiri Premium status. When you use it, Tiri stores the backup you request in the private app-data area of your Google Drive. Google Drive availability, security, and terms are controlled by Google.
Local export and import are also provided for your convenience. You are responsible for where you share or store exported files.
5. Premium and Payments
Tiri Premium may include unlimited habits, Google Drive backup and restore, backup import, and additional themes. Purchases and payment details are handled by Google Play or the relevant app marketplace and may be supported by RevenueCat.
Price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and marketplace account terms are governed by the store where you purchase. Premium access may depend on the purchase information returned by that store or service.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Tiri is a motivational productivity tool, not medical, therapy, fitness, or mental-health treatment. Do not rely on Tiri for diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own habits, routines, and decisions.
7. Availability and Changes
Tiri is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that data can always be recovered from a device, export, or third-party service.
